I recently received an awesome pair of slippers from Nature Sleep, and I thought I was in heaven, or at least my feet were. I received the Closed Toe Terry Slippers with Memory Foam in pink. As on as i put these on my feet I was in love with them. I recently had back surgery, and have had issues with my feet since then with pain. When I get up in the morning, or have had a long day on my feet, that is when they hurt the most. I have tried many pairs of slippers for my achy feet but haven't found the right one until I received the Closed Toe Terry Slippers with Memory Foam.
Natures Sleep carries slippers in Open Toe & Closed Toe and have a great variety of colors including pink, lavender, sand, mocha, pale blue. What makes these slippers so comfortable is the visco elastic memory foam insole, which cradles and contours your foot while absorbing pressure and impact. The slippers run in all different sizes. I take an 8 1/2, so I ordered a Large, and I have plenty of room in them. The upper & inner sole is made of 80 % cotton, and 20 % polyester, the lining is also 100 % polyester. The bottom is thermoplastic rubber, and has a good traction for walking.
I can't tell you how thrilled I am to own a pair of such comfy slippers. When I put them on, my feet are feeling fine. I feel like I'm walking on a fluffy cloud. Have you ever tried a Memory Foam bed? The feeling that you get when you lay on it is heavenly. you don't want to get off of it. I wear my slippers all of the time when I'm home. My Heart Is Full Of Pain Right Now
I'm writing this with such pain in my heart today. I found out yesterday that a good friend of mine lost her 17 year old son over the weekend. I can't tell you how much pain I have in my heart right now. I can't even begin to imagine how my friend, and her family must feel. Parents are not supposed to bury their kids first. I know this happens, but it's a tough thing to have to live through. I have a kid the same age, and I pray everyday that he is happy & healthy, and that god watches over him.
Justin was a fine young man. My friend raised very well behaved and smart kids. I used to see her kids while she would work at Papa Gino's. They would come and visit her every now and then. Years went by, and we hadn't seen each other until recently, when I saw her son working at the local coffee shop. I couldn't believe the fine young man that he had gown into. I knew his parents did well, for he was a fine young man. The talks I would have with him each day would always put a smile on my face. I told him one time that he was a kid that very parent would love to have and I meant it. He always spoke highly of his family too. Now he is gone, and I have a big hole in my heart. I wish that I could see him and chat with him just one more time. I will cherish the memories that I have forever.
I don't know about the cause of death, and that don't matter to me. Justin just graduated from high school , and was about to start his life. He worked his first job at a coffee shop, had his own car, and he just seemed to be unbelievably a happy person. I hope he did not suffer, nor feel any pain. Whatever the reason is that the good lord called him home, I'm sure he needed an angel with big shoulders, and someone with an infectious smile. I know you will watch over all of us Justin, and I will always think of you each day I get my coffee.
Their is nothing I can do to bring you back. The pain your family is going through must be crazy. I wish I could help them. I wish I knew the right thing to say Justin, but I don't! I will always remember the man that your parents raised you to be. You were a great person, and always full of life when I saw you at work. I will remember you and the type of person you were. I here you were a helpful mentor in high school. What a very kind thing to do Justin. I'm sure your friends put you up high on a pedestal. I know I did. Your finally free at last my friend. You will feel no pain. Your at peace! Please keep an eye over us, and on me. I will miss you my friend. I'm privileged to have had the chance to know you Justin. Rest Easy.
Much love,
Kelly (your friend)

Who Will Emily Pick For Her Husband To Be ???
Emily is down to the final two on The Bachelorette. After last week with Sean going home unexpectedly, she is left with Geoff & Aerie. I was hoping that she would pick Sean as they had chemistry from the get go. The always seemed to hi it off & seemed to have chemistry which helps in a relationship, whether it be on T.V. or not.Sean seemed to take his being sent home quite hard, heck I did too. I'm hoping he returns and makes a last ditch effort to steal her heart, but I'm already hearing of him being the next Bachelor, so there goes that thought.
Emily seemed to have instant chemistry with Aerie. With him being a race car driver, well, that didn't seem to bother Emily one bit. This guy is handsome and slick from what I see, and Emily seems to have a real connection with him, and she loves to lock lips with him as she has said several times. I thought she would have sent him packing a few weeks ago when rumors were that he had dated a producer from the show. He seems to be a down to earth funny guy.
And the winner is ..... Jeff! I personally think that Jeff is the better fit for Emily now that Sean left. When Jeff came in on his skate board in back of the Limo on the first night Emily was wowed for sure. I thought it was a bit cheesy, but I'm not the Bachelorette. Jeff is nice, simply, loves the outdoors and likes adventures, which Emily has stated she likes. They seem to complete each other, they finish each others sentences, and the just complement each other well.
As of now , I don't know if Emily will pick either men. She could pull a Brad Womack and leave them both at the alter. Reality shows are all about the ratings , and it don't matter about feelings being hurt or not. I really wished that Emily & Brad could have worked it out. I really had hope for them, and Brad seemed so sincere this time around, but Emily sure hasn't been the sweet, charming little bell from North Carolina like we saw last season. This show is all about Emily and her daughter. She seems to be really picky and sometimes the way she talks seems snarky towards others. It could just be me, but she seem alot different being in the drivers seat now. Heck look at all of the publicity she is getting. Well, we will find out who she picks in two weeks. Tomorrow night is "Men Tell All", so this should be interesting to see ho Emily behaves. My guess is that she picks either Jeff or no one. What do you think??

Summer Fun.. Be Safe
With summertime here there are alot of things going on like barbeque's, picnics, birthday parties, camp outs and so much more including water activities. Each year when summer approaches we face more and more tragedies that could have been prevented. Recently three teens died due to an over crowded boat, which carried about 25 people. Watching this on the news breaks my heart to hear of it. I know teens will be teens, as I have raised them myself, but we need as parents to teach them right from wrong, and how to make good decisions. I know that kids make their own choices especially the teens. If your kids are swimming and under 13, then make them wear a life jacket. If your on a boat road with a child or adults, then wear a life vest. We as parents need to teach our kids safety comes first. I pray to god that the kids that survived this recent accident our o.k., and for the ones who drowned, well they & their families will be in my prayers. I'm terribly sorry that this happened. I hope that something good turns out of all of this!!. Kids and adults, please be safe this summer! Your family loves you and wants you to have a safe and happy summer! Catch a nice tan while your beaching it. Don't forget the SPF.
Cheers,

Happy Independence Day
Enjoy this song by Martine McBride & Pat Benatar. Independece Day is one of my favorite songs from Martina! Listen to Pat & Martina belt this out. What pipes these two lovely woman have. There is some talent here. Enjoy your 4th of July!!!
Happy 4th Of July
Happy Independence Day to everyone today! I can't believe that we are celebrating the 4th of July again. Where does time go? Are you having a party, or did you have a get together this weekend? No matter what you do, I hope you all are being safe! DO not drink and drive . If you want to drink, then designate a driver. It's much easier to call a cab than to hire an attorney to represent you for a drunk driving case. It's the right and safe thing to do. I love my family and want them safe! Also if your doing fireworks this weekend, then please be careful. Do no let kids light off fireworks. Let an adult do it. I was driving home last night , and I passed a house where they were celebrating and having a firework show, so I decided to stop in the road to watch for a few seconds. It was beautiful, and what I witnessed was an adult male lighting the fireworks off as plenty of kids were atleast ten feet or more back from where he lit them off, and the male who was lighting them off had a hose in his hand ready to spray in case of fire. I thought to myself how smart he was. You don't always see that. My friends son lost three of his fingers some years back from fire works. Please be safe and be extra careful if you plan on doing fireworks.Have yourself a great Independence Day !

Dry Idea Advanced Dry Antiperspirant Deodorant Giveaway
Being a Purex Insider member, I recenly was able to review another great product from Purex. I was sent the Dry Idea Advanced Dry 24 HR Antiperspirant & Deodorant Roll On to try out. I'm a person who sweats pretty bad and in the summer it gets worse, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to a good deodorant to keep me dry, and one that doesn't leave the white fuzzies underneath my armpit. I hate that when that happens. I also hate when you get the sweat stains on my shirts especially the white ones. Guess what?? That did not happen with Dry Idea Advanced Dry 24 HR Antiperspirant & Deodorant Roll On.
I was so thrilled with this Antiperspirant. I applied it in the morning when I got dressed, and I swear I did not sweat at all. The temperature has been in the high 90's the last few days, and Dry Idea Advanced Dry 24 HR Antiperspirant & Deodorant Roll On kept me not only dry, and feeling clean, but it also did not leave the the white stuff that comes with some of deodorants. Advanced Dry carries Roll On, Clear Gel & Invisible Solid. Advanced Dry comes Unscented &in Powder Fresh and Cotton Dry. It is Hypoallergenic & contains Vitamin E, and comes in different sizes. The one I received was a 3.25 OZ.
Dry Idea Advanced Dry gives you the 24 HR protection you need throughout the day.If you are looking for something to keep you fresh & dry, and not having an odor from sweat though the summer, I would definately recommend that you give this a try for sure.
