A New Year is here! I have made some resolutions, and I have broken a few as well, so when I got the chance to participate in the Progresso Souper You Program, I jumped on it. Not only am I a huge fan of Progresso Soups but pretty much my whole family is too. Thanks to Progresso through My Blog Spark for giving me the chance to review such awesome products.
I received a yoga mat, a water bottle, wrist bands, head band, aerobic bands and Progresso Soup which I fell in love with. My favorite was the clam chowder, which is Gluten Free. I also loved the Beef Barley and the Traditional Chicken Noodle. Progresso also carries a selection of reduced sodium soups, which is very important for those with hypertension, and high cholesterol. I suffer from hypertension, so these soups are just what my doctor ordered. With my new workout equipment, and my cupboards stocked with Progresso 100 calorie soups, I'm hoping that eating properly, and nutritional foods that I could drop a few pounds or 20. Some of the soups have less than 100 calories, and 1/4 of sodium compared to some of the soups I have ate in the past.
