Finally A Button

I finally learned how to create a button for my blog with the tutorial help from Manic Mother.com. Check out her blog, and see what she offers to her readers. Until now, I hadn't figured out how to install a button, so I appreciate the time she took to teach others how this works. I do not yet know how to install a name or writing on it yet. Is there a site where I could learn how, or does anyone out in the Blogosphere now how to do this? I would greatly appreciate it so much! Thanks again to Manic Mother for your help!

I recently was sent two candles from Enjoy Lighting, and let me tell you how impressed I was. First of all the two candles I was sent were scented, and I love scented candles, so not only do they look real, they smell awesome, and there is no need to worry about a fire.

You will forget that it's fake, and try to blow it out. These candles are made with wax. The LED bulbs in the candles will last over 100,000 hours,and there is a timer on them, so if you choose to keep them on for a short bit of time, just set the timer. Sounds cool right??

When I was asked to participate in the Yoplait Light Two Week Tune Up, of course I jumped on it. With a New Year upon us, and trying to stick to New Years resolutions, this is the perfect opportunity to lose weight pretty quick, and easy too.


Most of us want to look our best, and heading into a New Year, I'm always looking for a new way to shed a few pounds , something that is easy, and something that doesn't require too many changes in my eating habits. So what does the Yoplait Light Two Week Tune Up have to offer , that other diets don't?

American Idol Season 8 Finalist Danny Gokey

I just had to share my picture and video of Danny Gokey. I went to see him perform last night  at The Mohegan Sun. What a show he put on. My favorites That he sang were "My Best Days Are Ahead Of Me" and "Living On A Prayer". He ended the show with Living On A Prayer, and let me tell you ,he tore it up. He sang his heart out just like he did on American Idol, but much better it seemed. I swear I was in heaven.

Check out Danny's website  iheartdannygokey.com, and you can read all about him and what he does for his cause which is Sophia's Heart.org. Danny is one heck of an amazing man, and his wife Sophia, who he lost to a heart condition is living on through others, thanks to Danny.

I had the chance to meet him and talk to him last night, and I couldn't stop gushing about how friendly he was, not only to me, but to every one of his fans. I go see alot of concerts, and have seen some very big names, but haven't seen too many be as gracious and friendly as Danny was last night. When he talked about his wife Sophia, you could truly tell how great of a man he is. He had started Sophia's Heart.org, so he could help kids, families, and just anyone that had suffered from poverty, being homeless, and those less fortunate, by  giving them a better chance at life. He also brought back musical arts to  some of the local schools so the kids had an opportunity to fulfill their dreams in life.

I personally think Danny is truly an inspirational and motivational man, who is determined to help others in life who are less fortunate. He just recenlty opened up a home that was donated to him in Nashville, to house homeless people. Danny would love it, and so would others if you could donate to his cause no matter how much you could give. You could help others too, just like Danny & his late wife Sophia. Have you ever heard of  CSN Stores  before? If the answer is no, then you are surely missing out on a shopping experience that you will not forget. CSN Stores has over 200 + stores to choose from. The Drama On The Bachelor Goes On With Womack !!!!

So another week goes by on The Bachelor, and emotions get stired up, and Brad is right in the middle of it all!!. He is the one who signed up for this show, so he has it coming to him. After his last time on The Bachelor, when he broke two girls hearts, I'm praying that this would not happen again, especially not to Emily or Chantal.


Emily seems lik she is not sure about things with Brad, and her not introducing Brad to her kid is a great idea. I, myself would never ever do that at this stage. I think that this show is helping Emily open up a bit, but I seriously do not want to see her hooked up with Brad. I think he is an all around Douche! Do you ever see how he tallks to some of the women when they are trying to express their feelings? He gets all defensive about it. That would be a huge RED flag to me !!

 This past week on The Bachelor was the best week yet, when Michelle Money was sent home. I think The Bachelor's ratings went up a bit while she was on the show. That chick was a pyscho !!! The way she talked about the other girls were scary. I wouldn't have wanted to sleep in the same room near her. I would have feared that she would have tried to hurt me or something. Bub Bye Michelle.. So glad your gone!!!

So, now that the pyscho went home, we are left with Ashley, Emily, Shawtel & Chantal. Who do you think Brad should pick? Should he pick the funeral director, or the broken hearted mother who lost her fiance not too long ago? I clearly don't see a chance with Ashley, as she has many insecurites, and Mr. Womack is very clear that he don't want to deal with that! He does get along quite well with Shawntel, and the do have some passion and fun, but my guess is that he will pick Chantal O.. She is right up his alley, and I think she would put him in his place if needed.

Something is telling me that he will pick someone, but it won't last more than a few months give or take. Remember the british Bachelor Matt, when he chose the crazy blonde , Shayne Lamas? I think they lasted a few months. Now he seemed  alot more sincere that this Douche on the show!! Leave me a comment and let me know what you think. I can't wait for some good shows to come on, as I'm sick of seeing him week after week. Now Emily on the other hand, she will probably be the next Bachelorette. Just wait and see..

Almost at 300...........

I can't believe that I'm one follower away from hitting 300. I remember starting out and I had just about 12 followers, then slowly I climbed to 100, then it was 200, now I'm one away from 300.

So who's going to push me over 300?? Go ahead and do it. I dare you!!! Thanks to all of you who have followed me faithfully, returned quite often, and even sent your friends over. Slowly but surely, I will get there. I learned this all from scratch and a few friends, who I'm admire deeply, and I can't thank them enough for helping me.

I recently received a Corioliss Pro Fix Pink Tourmaline Ceramic Flat Iron 1 " for review from Flat Iron Experts. I have never owned a Flat Iron, so when I got a chance I jumped on it.My hair is natural curly, so it does take me some time to straighten it out, but the end product is always good. I love to have my hair straightened.
